SPECIAL & CATALOGUE ORDERS
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all catalogue orders, as these cannot be cancelled or returned without a handling charge being imposed by the Supplier.

REFUND POLICY
Within 10 days of purchase a full money back refund will be given providing that the product is returned unused and in its original packaging, undamaged, with the till receipt and credit card slip if paid for by card.

After 10 days and up to 30 days of purchase a credit note or exchange of goods to the same value be given providing that the product is returned unused and in its original packaging, undamaged with the till receipt.

Clearance lines, end of ranges and reduced-price items are not returnable.
